    WINTER NIGHT

    Sparkling creaking hard crust.
Lonely, lonely is the night sky over white roads.
I am filled with a angry thirst
    for the winter sky.

Will you not soon leap up before my foot,
deep earth-cold water that sometimes chilled me,
    O strong darkness that
    my star conceals?

    Then dizzyingly hard and pure
you will drown putrid lies as before you mercilessly did.
    Where are you, bitter sea
    of ice and truth?
